Concrete Sidewalk Replacement – Bluegreen Mountain Run at Boyne Boyne Falls, MI

Our team completed a concrete sidewalk replacement at Bluegreen Mountain Run at Boyne in Boyne Falls, MI. The existing deteriorated sidewalk sections were carefully removed, the base was prepared, and new 4,000 PSI concrete was installed with wire mesh and 1/2-inch rebar reinforcement to create a clean, durable, and safe walking surface. A protective concrete sealer was applied to enhance the finish and help protect the surface from moisture, wear, and changing weather conditions.

The completed work improves pedestrian access, enhances the property’s appearance, and provides a long-lasting solution built for the demands of a high-traffic resort environment.
