This long term project with Optros Corpory reflects our ongoing commitment to quality, durability, and guest experience. Our work includes siding replacement, as well as roofing replacement and deck repairs on selected homes throughout the Bluegreen resort communities. In the first year alone, we completed more than 400 squares of siding replacement using LP SmartSide, a premium material selected to provide greater durability and longer-lasting protection.

Each home was then professionally painted by our team using high-quality Sherwin-Williams products, adding an extra layer of protection and a refined finish. Through this project, our mission is to help ensure that every tourist enjoys a better stay at the Bluegreen complexes by improving the beauty, condition, and performance of the properties with dependable, high-quality work.
