Bluegreen Mountain Run at Boyne - Boyne Falls, MI

This project involved the complete exterior painting of 13 resort buildings, as well as 1 Registration Center and 1 Preview Center, executed with careful planning, high-quality workmanship, and close coordination throughout every stage of the job. In total, our team completed more than 225,000 square feet of exterior painting, along with over 26,000 square feet of interior painting within the respective towers.

In addition to the painting scope, part of the project also included the repair of existing siding, the replacement of damaged trim, and the repair of deteriorated decks in order to restore the overall condition, appearance, and durability of the property. These improvements were essential to ensure that all surfaces were properly prepared and structurally sound before the final finishes were applied.

Because this was an active resort property, the project required a high level of organization and coordination. The full job was completed over the course of 7 months, with detailed planning to manage every phase efficiently and without disrupting the guest experience. This included coordinating paint inventory and material availability with Sherwin-Williams, as well as working closely with the Bluegreen team to schedule building access and maintain availability without affecting visitors enjoying their vacation stay.

From logistics and material management to scheduling and on-site execution, every part of the project was handled with precision and professionalism. This project reflects our ability to successfully manage large-scale resort painting and repair work while maintaining quality, efficiency, and a strong commitment to client and guest satisfaction.
